Changed to soup diet. I can't not eat!!!
Water fasting alone is just too hard!!!
Date: 5/15/2009 4:02:38 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1776 times So yesterday I fasted all day then had a bowl of carrot soup for dinner (57 cals) burned 325 calories doing 30 mins on the treadmill and did a body pump class. Not actually hungry today yet, though I am sure it will set in later as usually around 5pm I am absolutely starving and ready to eat anything in sight!!! Weighed myself this morning and I'm 166lbs.
