observing my rolls, fasting results

In regards to the 14 pounds lost. My clothes still feel tight. This tells me that all my weight lost is water. I doubt I have begun to actually burn fat.
This morning I spent an hour staring in the mirror naked. One side of my stomach is bigger then the other side. I notice this before but never wanted to just stand there looking at it. This time I compared between the two sides of my stomach. Under my right breast I have no roll of fat yet on the left side under my breast I have a four inch fold. I squeezed and pinched at it. It was solid. Maybe it’s a tumor? Will it stay large till the end of my fast? It be horrifying if I lost a lot of weight but one side of me was lop sided. For now I will be watching this lump of fat and see what becomes of it during my journey.
