getting close

today was a BEAUTIFUL day outside, and despite the huge amounts of schoolwork I had to do, my friend and I managed to get to the park and just talk. i really needed to get some things off my chest and she is just a great listener :)
the juicing is also going great and i love hearing all your tips (thanks vide for the one you posted!!! i will try it tomorrow!! :)
today i enjoyed:
- lemon juice from 2 lemons
- grapefruit juice (4!!!)
- apple/grape juice (~2 apples)
and i managed to eat something (but tomorrow i drop this habit!)
- apple
- orange
- handful of grapes
(as you can see i have been slowly eatting less and less)
now it's friday night and i am staying in... to study of course and perhaps get some rest! this week was insane. much love to you all
p.s. tomorrow is day 5 - I MUST WATCH MYSELF V. V. CLOSELY.
