yesterday was day one. honestly it turned out to not be so bad, then again i was ridiculously busy the entire day. i spent approximately 11 hours at school (oh the things i do to be a bio major!) so it kept my mind off of food for the most part. my brother had made coconut macaroons, so i felt my stomach lurch a little bit once i got home, but i just got past it. yesterday i enjoyed:
- grapefruit juice (from 3 grapefruits)
- a beet juice (one large beet mixed with water)
- a little bit of apple juice
i actually ate a few pieces of papaya and apple, which i would rather not do. i would like to keep this time around strictly juice.
i also appreciate the comment! thank you vide for the encouragement! i don't know how to write you back so ill just leave the response on here. -- my mom & my grandmom finished a 30 day juice fast! it is quite amazing and they remind me of the health benefits on a daily basis. i'm blessed to have my family's support, as well as everyone reading my postings :)
