Can't shake the images
A memory not easily forgotten.
Date: 3/2/2009 5:24:15 PM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1563 times Well another night that I can't sleep. I just keep thinking of the little Dua. What her last moments were, how awfully scared she was and how she felt when she went over the wall. How long does it take to fall 3 stories?
Isn't it good we will remember her. Her legal name is Sadjda and her nickname is Dua. The father is in the prison tonight and we are happy about that. We only hope he stays. All the people are talking and so sad. We are all so sad. We are allowed to mourn just 3 days in Islam so we must go on and accept Allah's will. How awful the family must feel.
I keep thinking of my son and how I so hope he is safe. My son tried to commit suicide before over a girl. He jumped off a 8th floor garage and the security guard caught him. I mocked my son as making the story up and he showed me the marks on his arm where the man caught him. I am so thankful to that man for saving my son, I so wished someone had saved Dua but it was her time to go.
I thank Allah for his mercy and I thank Allah for all the kindness everyone has shown me.
