My Diary Feb 12, 2009 - After my fasting flub
My almost fatal oj flush and the mistakes I made.
Date: 2/12/2009 7:00:57 PM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1427 times I am slowly recovering from a huge bout of auto intoxication brought on by a flubbed 8 day oj juice fast. I tried everything to prepare for the fast to include a vegetarian lifestyle, no salt or sugar or whites. I did a pumpkin cleanse of Friday.

On Sunday started my fast with 1 T. of epsom salts and had diarhea so I let go of the detox tea. I had been tired from the fasting but as the days went on good. By day 7 I was sick and weak and having no bm's. I was not to concerned but noticed I had breakouts on my toes and peeling lips and wrote to MH and he told me to stop the fast as I was close to death. Everyone laughed at him but he was indeed correct.
That evening of the 8th day stopped the fast and I was so dreadfully sick, it was not funny. I took another detox tea and 1 T. of castor oil, I had some relief but not much. The next two days I did the same. By the 4th day I was getting worse not better so went to see a doctor who told me to take an entire bottle of castor oil 60ml which I did and it practically destroyed my stomach and intestines. I took it with some oj. I am still very sick but starting to have some bm's on my own.
I have wrote to many who are helping me and I am on a liquid and raw diet. I still have pain in my stomach and I am still sick but I will see the light of day soon. I will do a salt water flush in the morning to see if that will help. I prepared the Dr. Shultz potassium broth and will be sipping that one too.
I want to warn all of you guys to becareful when attempting a fast because it could be deadly.
