Found strenght didn't know I had

Date: 2/12/2009 8:26:29 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 2822 times So happy to report this morning that I pushed through my desire to binge&purge yesterday.
Just tried to keep my mind busy...and my desire to be cleansed of the b&p cycle was stronger then my need to binge. I just know that I can't go back to that life..as tempting as it was yesterday, I just can't do that to myself anymore. I know the things that can trigger me, but just so rainy & gloomy here yesterday...and just life.
So hurray! I made it through yet another day.
It has now been 28 consecutive days since my last B&P.
That is a hell of an accomplishment for me...I am glad to say that it didn't stop at 27 days. It is DAY 28 for me!
So now I will continue with a fighting spirit, take one day at a time.
I will be victorious.
