Things to Add/Change This Month
My to-do list (health and body and spirit wise) for January
Date: 1/1/2009 3:04:55 PM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1767 times So, I just got a FABULOUS IDEA. I'm going to right a to-do list for January. Sort of like a New Years Resolution, except, well, its only for January; taking baby steps here. So here's my morning schedule:
3:30am - 5:45am
- Wake up
- Psalms (30 min)
- Confessions (15 min)
- Journal (30 min)
- Bible Meditation (60 min)
5:50am - 7:00am
- Warm up (15 min)
- Interval Walker (40 min)
- Cool down (15 min)
7:00am - 7:30am
- Hygenine
- Wake up D + SJ for school
7:35am - 8:15am
- Bible Meditation with D + SJ
8:15am - 9:00am
- Prepare D + SJ for school etc
- Get ready for work

Now, I need to come up with a health regime and find out what eating habits I want to get rid of. Well, I know that I want to cut down DRASTICALLY ON SUGAR, JUNK and PROCESSED FOODS. Which really isn't that hard since we don't have that kind of stuff around in the house. So, my to-do list today is this:
- Find a face regime for my combo skin
- Find a mouth regime to add to oil pulling and/or heighten the effects of oil pulling
