Thanks to you and your blog, I'm doing my first oil pulling as we speak. I think it could help me with some of what I've been going through, trying to get healthier and to remove some of the bad stuff inside me.

I read a lot of your posts with intrigue about oil pulling, 'cause I'd never heard of it. Now I'm doing it. Thanks for writing about your xperience. I also read up and did some more research to educate my dull brain. Hadn't even heard of it before. It seems like a good idea, especially since it has ayurvedic history.

Did you ever hear of using hemp seed oil? It was what I had, and intuition and spirit guided me to try that. I'll let you know how it goes.
