First Round of OP: COMPLETE AND SUCCESSFUL!
My reaction and response to my very first OPing session.
Date: 12/31/2008 10:23:16 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1857 times Ok, so about 17 minutes ago, I was agonizing over whether to swallow a whole bunch of EVCO or to pull through. Well guys and dolls, I made it! WHOOP WHOOP! I officially finished my very first round of OP! So nice! Well, as instructions stated, you have to swish for 10-20 minutes. I choose 20 minutes, BEFORE eating OR brushing my teeth. Thats what I read on a certain health forum.
I was so worried that I might swallow the concoction or something, but I didn't. SO HAPPY!! Well I haven't noticed anything in the way of detox symptoms. While I was OPing my neck was hurting a little, but I attribute that too the fact that I was pulling the oil through my teeth really hard.
The back of my throat was hurting a little bit too while I was OPing, and it felt a little bit swollen. Possible reaction to surge in bug population? Je ne sais pas. C'est possible...
The hardest part for me was the salt water mouthwash. I put 1tsp of coarse sea salt into about 8oz of warm water. I only was able to mouthwash with about 4 oz of it so I guess thats pretty good.
I probably will OP again after breakfast, before lunch kinda thing. I want to be able to do it about 3 times a day before the New Year. I'm happy that I was able to get myself to do the whole procedure PROPERLY. Usually I start things and rarely finish, which is a spirit that I have completely destroyed in the New Year. By doing this first session, I have gained confidence in the fact that I CAN be healthier, and I CAN do all things, through Christ who strengthens me, first and foremost and also by having faith in myself and my abilities.
Before I took the first bite out of the EVCO, a saying the the company electrician told me ran through my head, it was something along the lines of "Anything that is bitter is good for you". Hmm, I thought, and still think that EVCO tastes completely horrible! But I was able to OP with it, for a FULL 20 MINUTES, and get the beautiful reward of seeing the oil a nice frothy, foamy white color in the sink.
I was going to poke around in it with my finger, to see if anything came out, but I doubt it...
Now I have to make myself a nutritious breakfast. How about oatmeal made with water and apples? Sounds good to me ;)
