Date: 11/26/2008 10:59:16 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 3987 times I just filled up my 1 liter bottle water and put about 2 1/2 tsp. of sea salt in the bottle and shook it up. I've chugged about 3/4 of it and let me tell you....IT IS SO HARD TO GET IT DOWN! Absolutely disgusting and VERY harsh.
I feel the pain of all those people STILL stuck on the island in LOST.
(Even though they did eventually find the spring water)
Yuck, I dont know if I can do this again tomorrow.
As I'm writing right now I can feel my body (mostly my stomach) going through changes. Its a feeling I've never felt before. My stomach feels heavy and cold.
Somethings definitely going on in there.
I'm going to finish the bottle right now...
Ugh, didnt finish it...it helps me to set a goal of 10 gulps or so and then counting up to 10.
Okay I want to get this over with...
Alright all done. Thank god.
Sitting here for not more then 10 minutes I feel that I already have to go to the bathroom. (#2) So I'm off to shower and the toilet. Then baking a Paula Deens Pumpkin Bar recipe for Thanksgiving, (which I cant eat) I have found that I'm studying food more. (Love the food network)
