Water fasting Day 3 transitioning to Raw Foods.
On to phase II.

Good afternoon !
So I have made it to 3 days of water fasting & I am really proud of myself!
I have learnt a lot during these three days,
but intense kidney pain & extreme dizziness have made me stop my fast at 3 days.
I strongly believe that one should listen to their body,
In my case, my body is telling me that it has detox intensively & that it's now time to transition.
I have lost 9 pounds during this short fast & I am extremely happy with the results.
I just got back from the health food store & I got myself oranges, grapefruits,
pineapple, mixed baby greens, hemp seeds & sprouts.
All organic of course!
I will still continue to lose weight on raw foods & I will also be able to exercise,
which I definitely was not able to do while Water Fasting.
I will also commit to fasting 24-36 hours a week,
I just think that in my case a slower detoxification is advised,
& just thinking about all the vitamins, nutrients & minerals that I will be getting from
my Vegan Organic Raw Foods is making me happy!!
Stay tuned for my transitioning into Raw Foods,
it's done me justice in the past,
a few years ago I hate raw foods for 1 1/2 years, and I stayed at my goal weight
without barely any efforts.
