Update weight stats and NEW WATER FAST!!!
New goals
Date: 11/3/2008 10:54:24 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1787 times Its been a long time since I fasted, I was able to shed some weight and so I haven't felt the need to fast, but since things build up I am starting a 24 hour water fast journal that I will do once per week. I think its good for the body to cleanse once per week.
My current weight is 142 pounds!
My new goal is 135.
