Time to cleanse the body Cleansing time again, party is over! I had my conference in Spokane and since I live in Montana I binged on all the great resaurants that I miss so much. PF Changs, Pizza Shmizza, Coldstone Creamery, Chili's, Starbucks, Red Robin, you get the point. I am so miserable from all the eating so I decided to flush the yuck out of my body. I have been drinking Smooth Move tea, and tonight I will do the Salt Water Flush. I weighed 161 when I left and yesterday I weighed 165. I would like to by the end of the week be down to 158.
