New goals
Date: 4/12/2008 4:03:10 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1866 times Ok, so instead of weighing in everyday I am doing the Master Cleanse diet for 4 1/2 days. I will start tonight and break the fast Thursday evening. I will start with my weight this morning 164 and NOT weigh in until next Thursday. I am going to a conference in a bigger city so I want to allow myself some time to eat good things... I will eat but under 1200 calories on those three days. When I return on Sunday I will start the Master Cleanse OVER again for another five days doing the same thing where I stop on Thursday or Friday. Hopefully I will lose the last 25 pounds in the next two months!
