Soup reciepe
Date: 3/29/2008 10:36:49 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1501 times For some of you doing the liquid diet or fast of sorts here is my soup reciepe. I realize that it is technically not a juice, but it is low calorie and on Weight Watchers its zero points.
Blend these ingredients together.
One whole carrot
Two stalks of celery
two tablespoons of minced garlic
1/4 cup of chopped onion
half of the 2 liter bottle of V8 juice or veggie juice (you can use broth too)
Cayenne pepper
Black pepper
If you want a Mexican flavor add in rotel tomatoes and taco seasoning!
This soup has helped in stay on this plan and has a lot of fiber, I sometimes add broc or califlower and I use all organic veggies!
