10- or 15 day lemonade fast

Ok so actually I may just do 10. I got the juice reciepe and tomorrow I will start. I have been in bad habits the last month or so and it is time to get back on track. I have not weighed myself but I am guessing I am back up to 170. Its sad because I was in the 150's so its obvious I need some self control!
