"...You become immune to things your are exposed to if you're exposed gradually it's better. If it makes you sick you build up immunities to it. My kids go out and squirt each other in the mouth from a dirty teat on a goat and my kids are very healthy and hardly ever sick. Just this morning, they were using soured milk on their cereal..LOL..They thought it was great. My boys have the 5 second rule here...If it falls on the ground and is picked up within 5 seconds, it's good to eat. LOL... I get a kick out of my sisters in law taking everything away from their young children so they don't put it in their mouth. A choking hazard sure but a dirty pacifier? Their kids are basically sterile and sick all the time. Their houses are white glove clean and they wonder why they and their children are sick. They won't eat farm fresh eggs because they say they are orange and not yellow and they taste stronger. I tell them they taste the way they are supposed to taste. I get grief all the time because we drink unpasteurized milk and eat raw cheese. They also have a fit when we eat something straight off the plant out of the garden without washing it. I tell them that's why they are always sick. They tell me it's because their kids go to public school...I say that my kids also go to public school and are hardly ever sick so that's not a reason. They'll never change tho so I'll keep doing what I'm doing and raising a healthy family and they can keep doing what they do and keep dealing with sick kids.
