Through my experiences with fasting, I know that it will not fix my addiction to food. As a matter of fact, it does the exact opposite: it makes me more obsessed with food! so since I am not in a rush to loose weight and would like instead to address my issues with a long term plan, I have decided to eat raw food and exercise 5 days a week. No pressure, smooth and easy lifestyle change!
I can not wait to see my old self again: fit, strong and happy!
I will post again for anyone who's interested in my progress.
