Feeling good...

Date: 8/26/2008 10:58:20 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1532 times I learned that it is best if I eat earlier in the morning than I have been. I think that's why I felt so "wrong" yesterday; I only started to feel better after I had lunch. This morning however, when I got to work, I had a boiled egg while waiting for my steel cut oatmeal to cook. I noticed that shortly after I ate that egg, I totally transformed & came alive. That's when I had my light bulb moment. I feel great.
I learned how to warm up a boiled egg in the microwave today too :+)just wrap the egg in several layers of wet paper towel put the power on level 2 for one minute and there you go, a warm non exploded egg. I didn't wear curlers to the gym this morning, because I slept in; preferring to get extra sleep after yesterday's long hours. That means after work, I'll go to the gym and do lower body training. I hope it won't be crowded.
Scale wise, there's not a lot of movement, and physically I pretty much look the same; but I am aware of subtle changes taking place. I'm a bit stronger - I can tell when opening heavy doors-and I can see my muscle a bit more when I flex. I say to myself it's working, just keep going, and you will get there...
The next book I want to get is LL Cool J's platinum workout - If for nothing else, pure inspiration. The more I immerse myself with this info, the more inspired, and motivated I become, these books help strengthen my faith and undergird my belief that thisreality is possible not just for others, but for me too.
