  BTW: Were you aware that Bikini is named after an island in the Pacific where the first Hydrogen Bomb test was conducted...  Just for general info...  I am full of facts...

 I use the same method as  Dr Sears plan because it is more effective than the hours of punishment most plans force people to preform...  The old adage the some is good and more in not always better works...
