Date: 8/16/2008 10:53:58 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 2006 times ugggg. this salt water flush is nassssty! luckily i'm able to chug it down really fast, which many people say is the worst part. but i'm sitting here now with the worst feeling in my belly. at least i know in a couple hours it will go away.

had a great day yesterday. almost too great. i had so much energy and felt really positive about everything. on my walk to the library, i found myself smiling at everyone i passed. managed to make a little dinner for my husband and was high energy until about 9:30, then i got really fatigued. slept well. i had a funny dream that we were at an italin joint and i was eating spaghetti. i hate spaghetti in real life but in that dream it was the best thing i've ever had.
i really miss eating, but i'm still not really hungry. i think about food almost all day and have the desire to eat random things but i don't at all feel like i need to eat because i'm starving. which is funny because when i did eat, if i was a couple hours late on lunch or dinner, i would crash so hard. things are a bit more in perspective for me.
so i feel ok, not great, and am hoping when the salt water is through me i'll feel a bit better. it's saturday, which means the husband is home all day. hoping to get out of the house and maybe out of the city for a bit...
