Day 20 Zap me Well I got two Russian Zappers in the mail from a friend yesterday so I popped one down this morning. I hear the can be a little crazy especially while fasting so we'll see how it goes. My skin is still super dry, like almost crypt-keeper dry nd I have some zits, which I hvent had for couple years, so I know my body is really detoxing right now. I weigh 144.
