Day 19 of 30 day 19?? Well I havent posted in a while, just been really busy. Still feeling good, but getting really skinny. My weight is at 144 so I may call it quits soon. My skin is also VERY dry,flaky, and itchy which I guess is common. I havent been drinking much juice lately since I am getting sick of it.
