...And great timing! ...Just as your peaches were ripe and ready!
Freshness is everything.
Of course, everyone who reads your progress internalizes your experience. How would I do? What would I do? Would I make it? What would I do if...?
I'm 70. Probably I'd fare differently. Maybe it would be better to start more slowly...taper off...so I could change my mind somewhere along the way.
Hm-m-m...the nectarines are just coming ready, and the concord grapes. Maybe the nectarines are a bit acid...they are a cross between the peach and a plum.
Plums and cranberries are the only acidifying fruits.
Then there are the blueberries, too, the last of the season. And I know where I can get all the fresh-picked organic veggies I can eat.
:D
I, for one, would like to hear how you fare restarting 'normal' food...if you have a minute or two.
Many thanks,
