I liken the feeling of being on a water fast to one of being poisoned.
Not that I have ever been poisoned, but this is what I imagine the feeling to be like.
According to everything I have read, it is because I am purging toxins from my system.
This horrid feeling comes and goes though.
There is also an incredible feeling of peace and calmness, it's very spiritual.
Well, I weigh 166lbs today and that brings my total to 15lbs on this the beginning of the 4th day.
Like I said earlier, I was 181lbs at 5ft8 inches, so not horribly overweight to begin with.
The weight loss has slowed down a bit. I dropped 2lbs from yesterday, which is fine with me considering that I have missed my last two workouts and have replaced them with 30 minute walks.
