day 6....so so
not great today but not too bad either.

I had the worst stomach ache all last night, felt like I had been stabbed repeatedly in the stomach, couldnt go to the loo, then it felt like there was loads of pressure in my lower stomach area. It was awful, as a result of that, didn’t sleep much.
Colon plaque and visits to the loo seems to have slowed down, will have to increase my digestive stimulators to 3.
Think I may be experiencing a cleansing reaction, to be expected apparantly.
Really havent got much to say today, gums are now getting better, skin the same, 2 more days until I move onto the next part of the cleanse, not sure what it is but will tell you when I get there! Kidneys and lungs I think....maybe.
Stil feeling a bit down, and am hungry today, very hungry!
Been on the treadmill at work for 2 mins, on the fat burn part, that wore me out but was fun (ish).
