having little tired slump.....

Yesterday was good, colon plaque a plenty, felt fab.
Had another salad for my tea (or dinner if you're american) as was mega hungry.
The liquid fomulas are still vile but I drink them quick like a shot of alcohol and follow it with a lot of water and as long as I keep my eyes shut, dont breathe for a while and definately dont think about the taste of it, its not so bad.
Quite enjoying the toxin absorber now, maybe this time next week I will report I am enjoying the liquid formulas too, but I doubt it haha
Today I ache absolutely everywhere, especially my kidneys and I feel so so tired. Skin has gone all dry on my face again, mouth is still sore. It's just a slump and will get through it, just getting rd of toxins. Sure I will feel fine again tomorrow.
Had 2 digestive stimulators yesterday again, seems since I have started taking the pills and liquid formulas I need more digestive stimulators, but thats fine, no problem taking another pill.
Oh and I got up late and didnt have time to juice my pineapple so am surviving off water until I get home and can have some tea (dinner) tonight.
So thats it for today, still on it, sticking to it like glue and for the most part feeling great.
