Day 2
day 2 of the internal cleansing kit.....
Date: 5/20/2008 3:30:27 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 2128 times Well...yesterday went ok, was well ready for my tea by 6.30pm.Raw stirfry is suprisingly palatable when you could knaw through an entire field of mushrooms as you're so hungry!
Have disovered that drinking loads and loads of water stops the acid from the pineapple juice.
Have been to the toilet this morning, no mucoid plaque as of yet but my tummy does feel rather weird and am sure my visit to the loo this morning was one of many I can look forward to today haha.
All in all, not much to tell, feel a bit hungry but that will pass.
Took one digestive stimulator yesterday so will see if that produces 3 or more "visits" today, if not, I will up it to 2 tonight and see what happens!
Oh and the toxin absorber is just as vile as I remembered from the colon cleanse I did last year!
Shall update you all tomorrow, this is just the first stage which takes 3 days so all a bit boring at the moment, nothing gross or even interesting to tell!
