I started on 14th November 2007 with a fairly long fast, and have done several since then, indicated by the steep areas on the graph. If you look at my weight history table, periods of fasting are indicated by daily weight recordings, whereas non fasting periods are indicated by weights every 2 days. My general opinion is that fasting is great. I will write more soon.
