I have successfully comleted day one now on to day to will exercise then go buy a scale so that i can track my weight loss,
Well i went and bought a scale the weight watchers one. SO HERE ARE MY STATS

Okay can someone answer this question is having campbells soup in hand consider breaking fast i mean if i doing a liquid no right? That is really stupid question but i don't want to slow down the process, and also how often should i weigh myself everyday. yeah i think i will.
