It was not so bad
I have successfully comleted day one now on to day to will exercise then go buy a scale so that i can track my weight loss,
Well i went and bought a scale the weight watchers one. SO HERE ARE MY ... visit the page day one 16 y
this is the begining of a new me.
This will be day one it is 5 hours into the fast. i will report again before i go to slep. i will try to fast on green tea and diet tea and water.
