day one

this is the begining of a new me.

This will be day one it is 5 hours into the fast. i will report again before i go to slep. i will try to fast on green tea and diet tea and water.
So this is the end of day one i was tempted to eat but i refused. I even made a beef patty and cheese on a roll with curly fries for my boyfriend and didn't eat one. i am proud of myself i do not have a scale i left it at my boyfriends mothers house. That is my mission tomorrow i will by a scale.
