if you haven't notice by now I am hungry but sticking with it. I have seen such an improvement in just one day, of my attitude that it is awesome!

So this is day 2 and yes if you haven't notice by now I am hungry but sticking with it. I have seen such an improvement in just one day, of my attitude that it is awesome! I feel really positive and motivated to keep it going. Now let me preface that I am not a person who has any willpower and it amazes me that I am able to do this!
I have some tummy cramps but I think that will subside soon... the BM that I had this afternoon was surprisingly easy to pass... still getting headaches... not major-YET! I suffer from migrained... I mean the kind where your head is POUNDING and ur running to the bathroom to puke and shit... NOT fun! but I can totally deal with the minor headaches... ACID REFULX is still haunting me... hopefully it will go away soon... I AM HOPING.
