Awesome that you are taking it to the next level :) I would love to do it... starting out slow though... the whole bowel cramping thing kinda reminds me that I need to take it slow...lol... I am sooo motivated by you though and excited to see how things turn out :)
I think personally it is easier to look at fasting one day at a time... it makes me feel like I accomplished something... and I feel like that gives me more freedom... your right about the hunger :) stomach agrees... just girgled...LOL
