Ok so almost completed day one!!!!

Ok so almost completed day one... have a little headache... been urinating alot! Really proud that I didn't break the fast... :) I have an obsicale... my co-worker is leaving and there are a couple of dinner/lunch functions that I have to go to. Dunno what I can do! Is soup ok on this diet... was wondering if that was a possible alternative that could save me :) Well I will be off to the gym... going around 7-ish and I think my friend will be there... people have been so supportive of my fast that I feel really blessed and lucky to have such positive people around :)

Well I will check in a little later and let you all know how things are going?
