Ok so I am really doing this! So I am at work and looking at my lovely juice... half asleep as I did not get a good night's rest. I am really hoping that I don't flake out!

I decided that in order to not flake out I am going to look at this challenge day by day. I am looking forward to the detoxing of my body so that is keeping motivated and the fact that my bowels will hopefully rest and heal.
