UGH! Just want to go to bed!

Feeling like i got rolled over by a truck!

I am sitting at work, trying to make it through the last hour. My head is pounding and I feel kinda sick to my stomach. Will be glad when i can make it home and lay down. Ive been ok as far as hunger goes, so I guess atleast there is that! I did not have time this morning to do the salt water flush, so i am wondering if that is why my detox symptoms are so bad now??? Whew just had to go throw up (sorry for the grossness) but my stomach definately feels better! Well just wanted to update! Ill write again tomorrow.
