Thanks for the words of encouragement. I have been trying to figure out why i couldnt stay on, and i think once again i was self medicating. veggie soup or not, and then agh i had chocolate cake today. *sigh* I was upset with my boyfriend, and didnt even realize that is why i ate until i sat down today and really tried to think about why i did. Because i really felt great until then. I am going to try to go back on monday though. Hopefully i can deal with my emotions in some other way. Old habits die hard...
