Righting the wrongs to myself
Date: 3/21/2008 2:44:06 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1595 times Ok here I am on day 1, I have spent the last week trying to eat better, and have did a water fast for the majority of 2 days. Hopefully I will do better on the master cleanse, since i am not completely deprived of nutrients. So far i have had two lemonades and my salt water flush this morning. I feel pretty good so far, just really tired as i could not sleep last night.
Anyway to tell you about me, I am a single mom of 3 teenage boys that i can no longer blame for my excess weight. Over the past 5 years I have gotten divorced, quit doing drugs (pot and meth), quit smoking cigarettes and moved away from all the influences that could destroy my progress. I now have a great boyfriend of 3 years who is very much straight and narrow and keeps me on the right track. However, I was heavy BEFORE I quit smoking cigarettes and stuff, and after quitting I am now extremely overweight. I am 5 feet tall and weigh 200 lbs, which is way too much for my frame. I have tried to go on diet after dietn and have not been able to kick my food addiction. Hence the master cleanse fast. I have decided to keep the blog to 1) Hold me accountable and 2) Give me something to do besides eat! Well gotta get back to work, I will post tonite when I get home!
