days 21, 22, & 23

The start of my last week.

Hello,

Sorry I haven't blogged everyday. I have been really busy and I actually haven't thought about it. In the beginning i would use this as a tool to keep me from eating and now i really don't think about it. I still sit at the table and talk to my family while they are eating. Its really not that bad, I enjoy seeing them enjoy the foods. The only time I don't sit and watch, is when they are eating unhealthy. Like last night. My mother fried chicken and creamed spinach with mashed potoes. Thats ridiculous for a family who needs to watch what they eat. I don't eat chicken anyways, but it is a good source of protien. I serve it for my son (organic, of course) but I would never fry it for him. I opted to go for a run yesterday instead of sitting at the table. It felt great. The weather is beatiful this weekend. It was about 68 degrees yesterday and we are expecting the same for today. Perfect jogging weather. I did about 10 miles yesterday (between walking and running) and I felt amazing. So, this morning I woke up and did 4 miles and I will try to do 6 tonight. I had to get out of the house b/c if last night wasn't bad enough my family made a huge Sunday feast this si going to be my weakness when i go back to eating. I can handle dinner foods but I LOVE breakfast. But enough about that...

I am starting on my last week. I cannot believe its here already. I feel awesome and I feel like I have already accomplished so much! I told myslef that I would be ok to break it after 20 days if I really felt like I needed it, but no way. I am going all the way with this.

I started my plan for breaking my fast and I have broked it up into 2 weeks. I am going to break the fast on Saturday. I have heard that people usually wait for a "good" day to break a fast. But thats just not me. I have to plan everything and I it makes me uneasy to not be sure when its over with. So, for me I am going to plan my pre-fast and not just wait for my body to tell me to eat. If anyone is keeping track of days. I am actually going to break the fast on my 29th day. I don't think its wise to break the fast at work and I would feel more comfortable to have 2 days to do it. Well I plan to eat a raw food diet for 1 week then incorporate proteins and cooked foods in my diet on week 2.
