I cannot believe its already creeping up on the halfway mark. Tomorrow will be day 15 and I am super stoked. I am very proud of myself for hanging in there this long and at this point there is no turning back now. For all those out there that are just starting out I am not trying to make it sound like this is a very easy thing to do becuase it is not, but once you get past the first week, it does fly by.
I have put the scale away for most of the week, or if i did weigh myself I didn't take it to seriously. I have decided to only count weigh-in's on Monday mornings. I was starting to get obessed with the scale and really this is not what its all about. I don't want to get too caught up in the weight lose because I can't control it completly. It jumps around alot. I think I have been up and down the same pound for a few days now, but I feel smaller so I know I am losing.
I have had the same diet for the past couple days and it seems to work for me:
Breakfast-
Orange and clemitine juice
Lunch-
Carrot or Apple Juice
Dinner-
veggie broth
snack (if needed)
frozen apple juice pops
