Day 7
One week down whoo hoo!
Date: 2/16/2008 2:12:24 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 2432 times I am writing this mid day through day 8. Yeah, first week down! I am actually feeling really good today. I am a little tired from my lack of sleep last night, but that is because I only got 4-5 hours of sleep last night. So, I went out last night and I managed to not drink. It wasn't too hard because I had a blast but I did notice that I wasn't able to stay up as late as I used to. I got tired really really fast. I went to the store and got a differnt variety of produce and that really lifted my spirts. I am really excited to try the new varieties. I had second thoughts about stopping the fast after a week, then i jumped on the scale and realized that I want this too bad to stop now. I lost 10lbs in week. My jeans are feeling better and I notice it in my face alot. So, I am back on track. I have realized that when the fast is over with I will have a better respect for food. I never put the health benefits over taste and I will always do that from now on. I also realized that I don't need to have salt and sugar on everything. I will encorporate juice in my everyday life and raw foods. Well enough for now.
