          Hi,

I was very active prefast and it wasn't until about the 3rd week that I felt comfortable to work out at my prefast pace. This week I have really pushed myself, maybe a little more that I should. But its my last week and I want to go out feeling great. I also am really focused on running a 5K, that was the whole reason for the fast in the first place. The first 2 weeks were awful. I had a huge caffine addiction and I had a head ache for at least a week straight. So I couldn'g work out. I definatly have more energy when I am eating foods, but I don't feel lathargic by any means. I feel like i need more sleep, but going to bed at 9:30 and waking up at 6 is average. I would suggest it, but you have to know your limits and start off slow and work up. During a fast its important to keep you work out habits but don't feel bad if you can't do as much. I was just very scared of not going to gym for a whole month and then breaking the fast and not be in the habit of going. That would have been really bad for me considering I am overweight.

          Good luck!

          Nikki
