Montana and bozeman in violation of Americans with disabilities act. laws ignored by state, city county.
MOntana continues to pursue racist tendencies
Date: 1/19/2008 4:42:46 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 3478 times I moved to Montana about a year ago and have to be honest. I have lived all over the world, I was an evacuee of Hurricane Rita. I did not take a cent from the Government. I lived in a tent for months.
IT was when i first came to be aware that i live in a country with senators, congressman, city commissioners, etc who are corrupt and do not care about the average person and care less about minorities, women, the disabled, Blacks, Hispanics, Jews, well you get the idea.
In Montana I had a swastika on my residence, not to worry said the Gallatin Montana County and senators and governor. It was a small swastika I was told. I have heard every racist name in the book and well, you can read about it at

I now live temporarily in Bozeman, Montana a City that is in Gallatan County in the state of Montana. I do not drive a car so I walk everywhere. I have a 30% loss of usage in my Right leg and an arthritic left knee. I live about 2 1/2 miles from downtown Bozeman. The streets in snowy bozeman are filled with cars who ignore pedestrians and bike riders. If you are a pedestrian in Bozeman, The attitude is that you are poor, a student or a minority. So you are not important to Bozeman Business or government.
i write this letter to the Federal Government in Hopes that the state is fined and forced to abide by the Americans with disability act. With the media more interested in the welfare of rich corporate businesses, predominantly white. There is no room for stories on Civil Rights, Disability rights or human rights.
I have slipped and fallen on west main street numerous times. Twice at 1520 west main street. Many Bozeman businesses and home owners do not shovel their walks and truly do not care about their fellow neighbors. I was once told to get a cat and then was called a "faggot mother f----'r" nice huh? Another time I actually had beer cans thrown at me and was called a faggot. Wow, there are too many incidents to even list on these pages
It is sad to see how little respect some Montana businesses actually have for the diabled and elderly. I just the other day assisted a women in her 80's out of her car to a store because the street and sidewalks were icy. I already know that this letter will be ignored by Max Baucus, A Democrat U.S. Senator who has little or no interest in anything but his self absorbed ego. This is a guy who when he checks in to the Wingate Wyndham Hotel in Bozeman demands to be checked into his room immediately ahead of the "common" citizen. I was told this by the Wingate Wyndham Front Desk Manager.
You have Congressman Republican Rehberg who has a party that believes that Democrats are mentally ill and unhappy
So it said in a letter to me by a staff member of the Gallatan Montana Republican Party. I call them "The Hate Slate"
This same Gallatan County staff member actually told me there may have never been bigotry in Montana. What? What did they do to native Americans?
But, back to the issue at hand. The safety and rights of the disabled in Montana. A state that has become selfishly bogged down in how to pander to the White Rich residents while ignoring the rest
