Master Clense Finished!!!
MC was a success!
Date: 1/13/2008 9:25:09 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 4748 times Today is day11 and i have been drinking orange juice all day, apparently to prepare my digestive system!!
Day10 started out great, but I was very irritable throughout the day. I was glad to have my last SWF(for a little while)! I become more irritable when i went to visit my girlfriend and her nonna(grandmother) was making food!! I was getting too confident and undermining my love for food!! Apart from that it was a great day- much like days 7-9.
Apart from that the MC was a great success! Very happy with myself, both for the conviction and the good i had done for my body! I will definitely do it again, maybe even longer next time!!
Improvements to my health:
- clearer skin
- magnified senses(especially smell, taste and vision)
- clearer mind
- improved confidence
- feeling of well being, i feel detoxed!
- weight loss - i havent weighed myself yet, i will update later to note this!!
