SWF didn't work today!

Today started with the normal stomach pain(BM coming), i try to stay in bed until it is time to go toilet. I went twice. This might be why my SWF did not work today, i had it as soon as i got to work and until now i still have not had a BM.

My energy level was great, but im still not feeling that surge in energy i have heard people talking about. Hopefully soon.

My tongue is still coated and lower back pain is definitely gone!! Also my mind seems clearer, and im still fantasying food!
