introduction
My first master cleanse. 10days.
Date: 1/9/2008 6:20:41 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1977 times I first came across the Master Cleanse just over a year ago online. I was working on an island and was looking at ways to flush toxins our of my system since I had been partying too much.
I've had some interest over the years in the whole wellness revolution and always have been conscious about my health even though my lifestyle then was not exactly what you would call healthy!
I came across the Master Cleanse and thought it would be great but too 'hardcore' for me. I since then have done 2 detoxes, one 7days the other 14days. These were using detox kits containing several tablets to help with the flushing. The last one was about 6months ago, now I am ready to take on the Master Cleanse
Anyway, because I have been slack, I will start this blog on day 6 which is today(09/01/08)
