Hey I just wanted to quickly say thank you for your blog. I started the same process yesterday and I can really relate to your posts thus far. Anyway, I am off to work. First day of work on the fast. It should be interesting.

PS Yesterday I watched some of my friends kids. There consumption of high sugar, high fat....food made me steadfast in my resolve to do this fast. It was horrible to see up close and personal the addiction these kids have for garbage. They ate far more then they should have for their weights and kept getting hungry. No wonder more kids everday are becoming obese.
