thanks for your reply to my post. I will definitely do the liver flush before I begin the fast. I have a weekend that I will do it on, then 3 days later my fast begins...will eat lightly before that.

So, I was thinking about doing a juice fast and read a blurb about the water fast. I think I will water fast on weekends and juice fast while I am working. Yet, the reason I am writing all this is I think the veggie broth would be a great thing to consume once or twice a week, to keep 'warm'. So, may I ask what your recipe is for your veggie broth?

I like your thoughts on the sodium connection. It does make much sense!

OH and I am desiring that my circles of about 25-27 years (am 45 yrs.) will leave me also. I did notice when I stopped eating meat, they were reduced. So, maybe the fast will alleviate them?!
